One of the most important aspects of having affiliates is tracking the leads they bring in for you, which is easy enough when selling a product. However, in cases where the leads they generate may not convert into sales, you can utilize Forms, Surveys, or Calendars as alternative sources to track these leads.

Your first step will be to select the source you want, from any of the three options the rest of the process will be the same. Open the Select source details drop-down menu to select the one you'll use and click next.

When using lead tracking no commissions need to be set. However, you still need to add affiliates and have the option to add a description or change the settings as if commissions were involved.

Once your affiliates start getting you leads you can see at a glance the source by going to Affiliates, clicking on the affiliate's name, and scrolling down to the leads section.

That's all you need to do to start tracking those leads! We hope this helps you keep the order with your affiliates you are relying on appointments, submissions, and leads. This is also useful if your sales happen outside of the system since it keeps the leads attached to the affiliate, creating an easier time manually assigning the sales.

📌Note: Custom Embeds are not supported for lead tracking. Forms/surveys/calendars have to be added as components inside a funnel or webpage to enable tracking.
