Opportunities help you keep track of a customer's journey inside the platform, making it an important part of a contact's details. So, let's learn how to view and manage them from the right side panel.
Navigate to a contact record inside the Smart Lists tab of the Contacts section.

On the right-hand panel, you’ll see a dedicated opportunities tab below associations, indicated by a person icon.

Adding Opportunities
To add an opportunity, click + Add, then select whether you want to create a new opportunity or link an existing one.

Creating a New Opportunity
If creating an opportunity from zero, fill out the necessary details, then click Create.

Linking an Additional Opportunity
If linking to an existing opportunity, open the Select Opportunities menu and select the opportunity you want to link to.

Managing Opportunities
Click the three-dot icon in the bottom-right corner of an existing opportunity to edit or remove it.

Clicking an opportunity card or the View Opportunity Details opens the opportunity details for you to edit.

And there you have it, now you can manage opportunities directly from your contact's details, giving a clearer view of their progress in your business, upcoming steps and keeping information easily accessible.
