The Remove Assigned User workflow action streamlines your processes by automating the removal of assigned users from contacts after specific events are completed. Start by adding a suitable Trigger to the Workflow, you can add other actions that fit the task before clicking the “+” icon to search and add the “Remove Assigned User” action. 

When this workflow action is triggered within the workflow, the assigned user will be removed from the contact to which they were assigned.

Remember to Save the action and continue.
