If you do not use SMS for lead engagement, you can remove this option to streamline your forms. Follow these steps:
Access the Form Editor:
- Navigate to the forms section in your CRM.
- Select the form you want to edit.
Locate the SMS Opt-In Checkbox:
- Find the checkbox field labeled for SMS opt-in within the form editor.
Remove the Checkbox:
- Click on the SMS opt-in checkbox field.
- Select the option to delete or remove the field from the form.
Save the Form:
- Ensure all changes are saved to update the form.
By removing the SMS opt-in checkbox, you simplify the form submission process for your leads.
