Remove SMS Opt-in Checkbox

If you do not use SMS for lead engagement, you can remove this option to streamline your forms. Follow these steps:

Access the Form Editor:

  • Navigate to the forms section in your CRM.
  • Select the form you want to edit.

Locate the SMS Opt-In Checkbox:

  • Find the checkbox field labeled for SMS opt-in within the form editor.

Remove the Checkbox:

  • Click on the SMS opt-in checkbox field.
  • Select the option to delete or remove the field from the form.

Save the Form:

  • Ensure all changes are saved to update the form.

By removing the SMS opt-in checkbox, you simplify the form submission process for your leads.
