Rentals help you manage bookable inventory, such as equipment or vehicles. Unlike traditional appointment scheduling, they are designed for duration-based, inventory-driven bookings, so their calendar view accommodates this specificity. Let's learn how it works.

Calendar view

To view your Rental bookings, start by selecting Rentals from the view dropdown menu.

This view contains a breakdown of all bookings for your available listings. If a listing has one or more variants, it will be listed with a plus sign icon next to it.

Clicking the plus sign next to a listing will expand the view to show the variants. Click the minus icon to minimize the view.

Quick Action - Today

To quickly switch back to a daily view of what your daily bookings look like, click the Today button on the top left of the page. When you click it, you will see the present day highlighted.

Cycle Date Range

To cycle through the days, weeks, or months on your schedule, click on the right or left arrows on the top left of the page, to the right of the Today button. Here you can easily view past or future bookings on your calendar, depending on which button you choose.

Change Date Range

You can track upcoming bookings by adjusting the date range on your calendar. View scheduled events for this month, week, or even day! The calendar is automatically set to show the week view. To change to a month or day view, click the “Weekly View” button and choose your desired view.
