The Rentals section of your calendar is purpose-built for businesses that manage bookable inventory, such as equipment, vehicles, spaces, and more. Unlike traditional appointment scheduling, Rentals is designed for duration-based, inventory-driven bookings, so if this seems like a match for your business, let's give it a look.

Listings

This section contains the products you're offering for rental, which are organized in a list that contains:

1. Name: This is the name of the service.
2. Number: This is the order in which the product will appear on the rental list.
3. Name: This is how customers see the product when renting it.
4. Status: This tag indicates whether the rental is active (functional) or inactive (out of commission).
5. Base Price: This section contains the cost of the service per unit of time, for example, $10 per hour.
6. Stock: This shows how many of the listed products you have available for renting.
7. Edit: Use this button to update the listing details.
8. Share: Use this option to quickly access the calendar link of the listings.
9. Action Menu: The three-dot icon opens the quick action menu, which includes options to duplicate or delete the listing.

Categories

On the left side, you can find the Categories menu. The categories help you group multiple listings, which you can reorganize by dragging and dropping them into place.

You can add a new category by clicking + New Category (1). Or use the View Booking Page (2) link for easy customer-facing access.

Global Settings

The global settings tab helps you manage the way listings are managed as a whole. This contains settings for:

1. Booking Settings: Configure availability, booking behavior, and scheduling rules for your business.
2. Booking Page: Configure all your booking page customizations from this section.
3. Payment Settings: Set up and manage your payment options here.
4. Notifications: Configure your email and in-app notifications.
