Reviews in Products Overview

This guide looks at the Reviews section within the Payments tab, equipping you with the knowledge to leverage this tool fully. By effectively managing customer reviews, you can boost engagement, strengthen credibility, and support informed purchasing decisions across your product catalog.

Access the Reviews section within the Payments > Products dropdown to begin.

Date Range

This tool allows you to set custom start and end dates, narrowing reviews to only those submitted within that period. By filtering reviews by submission date, you can quickly analyze recent feedback, assess seasonal trends, or focus on specific timeframes that are relevant to your current goals.

Sort and Filter

Refine your review list by selecting additional filters, such as a specific store location, product, or rating, in the filters section. Remember to click Apply to confirm and save your filter selections, ensuring that only the desired reviews are displayed in your view.

Pending

The Pending tab displays reviews awaiting approval, disapproval, or deletion.

Author

This column displays the customer’s name and email associated with the review. Verify their purchase by searching their name or email in the Transactions tab.

Review Details

This column displays the review headline along with the customer’s detailed feedback.

Rating 

This column provides a view of each customer's star rating. To organize the ratings, use the arrow beside the column header to sort them in ascending or descending order.

Date & Time

This column shows the date and time each review was submitted, displayed in your account timezone.

Product & Store Name 

This column identifies the product name and the specific store where the review was submitted.

Actions

The Action Menu dropdown allows you to approve, unapprove, reply to the review, or move it to the trash. When you approve, unapprove, or move a review to the trash, it will be relocated to its respective tab. Reviews that are only replied to, however, will remain in the Pending tab.

Approved

This tab showcases all reviews that have been approved by users in your account.

Please refer to the explanations provided in the Pending tab above for the Author, Review Details, Rating, Date & Time, and Product & Store Name columns.

Actions

The Action Menu dropdown allows you to unapprove, reply to the review, or move it to the trash. When you unapprove, or move a review to the trash, it will be relocated to its respective tab. Reviews that are only replied to, however, will remain in the Approved tab.

Unapproved

The Unapproved tab lists all reviews that have been marked as unapproved by users in your account.

Actions

The Action Menu dropdown allows you to approve the review, or move it to the trash. When you approve, or move a review to the trash, it will be relocated to its respective tab. 

Trash 

This section displays all reviews that have been discarded.

Actions

The Action Menu dropdown provides options to approve, unapprove, or permanently delete a review. When you approve or unapprove a review, it will be moved to its corresponding tab. Selecting the Delete Permanently option will remove the review from your account, and it cannot be recovered.
