Subscription Settings
Use the toggles in Subscription Settings to manage how upgrades and suspensions are handled.
Sub-Account Onboarding
This section helps you start on the right foot. It consists of two parts:
- Naming Convention: This gives you more control over how accounts appear in your system, either by using the Company Name (when using funnels or a companyName value in the subscription metadata) or the sub-account owner's name.
- Welcome Email: Use this section to preview and modify the email sent to all newly added account users with their login credentials.
Categories
In this section, you can create (1), rename (2), or delete (3) categories, which give you a way to group plans for easier organization.
