Just like GHL bills your agency, Sub-Accounts are charged through the wallet, so that as long as you have enabled Rebilling or Reselling, you can pre-bill customers for their usage and prevent your business from incurring losses. A wallet with a zero balance will cause services to be interrupted or stopped.
Reviewing Your Wallet
To view your agency's wallet, navigate to the Billing section inside your Settings and switch to the Wallet & Transactions tab.

Managing Your Balance
You can recharge credits to your account automatically by setting a total recharge when your balance goes under a threshold.

Or, use the “Add Balance” button to do it manually.

Reviewing a Sub-account's Wallet
When it comes to billing for LC Services, such as sending a message, the agency is charged by GHL, while the client's wallet is debited based on preset rebilling settings. For instance, if a client sends 100 messages at $10 with a 5x rebilling factor, the agency is billed $10 by GHL, and the client's wallet is charged $50.
To view your client's wallet, switch to their account and follow the same steps outlined before.

It's important to note that when clients recharge their wallet, their credit card is charged, and these funds are transferred to the agency's Stripe account. In essence, the client pays the agency for wallet credits.
