When managing your services inside the system, some details can completely change the way your clients experience the booking process. To take control over those settings, you have the Global Settings tab. This allows you to configure essential settings that will be applied across all services. These settings are divided into 5 sections. Let's explore them.
In-App Settings
This section lets you set your preferences for how you manage your services inside the CRM. The options you can modify here are:
- View Options: In this section, you can select which day of the week should start on your calendars
- Enable Multiple Locations: If you have more than one location where you provide services, this option lets you list and manage them inside your system.
- Enable Resources: Toggling this option will add or remove the resources tab for management.
- Enable Add-Ons: Toggling this option will add or remove the add-ons tab for management.

Booking Page
Here, you can configure all your booking page customizations.
Booking Page
Use this section to customize the look and organization of the customer-facing booking page. It consists of:
- Company Name & Logo: Add the company name and logo you want to display on your booking page.

- Account Slug: Your account slug is a unique identifier used as the base for all your service URLs.
- Booking Page Order: If managing multiple locations, this helps you define whether customers select a service or location before proceeding with the booking.
- Booking Page Layout: Decide how services appear on your booking page, selecting between a card, list view, or giving customers the option to choose their preferred view in real time.
- Filter & Sort Menu Placement: Define whether filters and sorting options are displayed at the top or the left of your calendar, based on your preferred browsing experience.
- Theme: Choose between a light, dark, or custom theme to set the colors of your booking page.
- Language: Select the language in which the booking page will be displayed to customers.
- Primary Color: Set the color for all actions, like buttons and date selection.
- Background Color: Choose the color for the background of the booking page. This is only available when using the custom theme.

- Time Format: Use this to define whether the time should be displayed in the 24-hour or 12-hour format.
- Weeks Starts On: Select the first day of the week for the calendar's view.
- Service Selection Button Label: Customize the button text that appears when customers select a service.
- Final Booking Button Label: Set the text for the final button on the booking page, where customers complete their appointment.
- Preview: Preview your booking page with your changes applied.
- Insert Custom Code: Add custom CSS to further customize the look and feel of your booking page. Simply paste your code and save to apply changes.

Additional Settings
This section lets you define how staff and service selection are handled.
- Staff Selection: Define if the customers can select their preferred staff member for their appointment.
- Any Available: Checking this box allows you to remove the option for a random staff member to be assigned to a customer if none is selected.
- Auto-Assign Staff Based On: Select how the appointment owner will be selected when the customer does not manually choose one.
- Multiple Service: Enable this option to allow customers to book two or more services under a single booking.

Forms
Use this section to define how you collect and handle customer data.
- Select form: If you want to use a form you created to capture customer data, select it here.
- Sticky Contacts: This feature remembers customer information using browser cookies and pre-populates your form's fields with it.
- Consent Checkbox: Enable this option to require clients to provide consent to use the information provided and contact them.

Confirmation Page
This section lets you customize the final page that appears once a booking is made.

Payment Settings
Set up and manage your payment options in this tab.
- Payment Mode: Toggle between test mode to simulate transactions, and live mode to accept real payments during bookings.
- Currency: This will be displayed on the booking pages, letting customers know your preferred currency for
transactions. - Manage Payment Providers: To switch your connected payment provider, click this option.
- Booking Payment Options: This determines what your customers see during checkout on your booking page.
- Hide Payment Amount: When selecting “Pay in person” or “Card on file,” you can enable this option, and the payment amount will not be shown on the booking page.

Service Settings
Set global configurations for your services; these apply to all services offered.
- Service Interval: This defines the frequency of booking appointments. For example, a 30-minute interval will display available slots every 30 minutes.
- Minimum Scheduling Notice: Set the minimum time that has to be available before an appointment.
- Date Range: Limit how far in advance customers can book an appointment.
- Reschedule & Cancellation Links: Choose how long before the appointment the reschedule and cancellation links should stop working.
- Auto-confirm New Appointments: New bookings will automatically be marked as confirmed by default. If disabled, appointments will be unconfirmed, allowing manual review before confirmation.

Additional Settings
Configure these additional settings to customize your booking page further.
- Contact Assignment: Enabling this option will assign the contact to the member who will have the appointment with them.
- Facebook Pixel ID: Use this field to track your user interactions with your Pixel ID.
- Fixed Timezone: Enabling this option shows the appointments exclusively in the business's timezone.

Notifications
Use this section to configure which actions send out a notification and how those notifications work.
Email And In-App Notifications
In this section, you can configure your email and in-app notifications, allowing you to enable, disable, or modify the notifications.

Third-Party Calendar Settings
- Google/Outlook Attendee Permissions: Toggle this option to allow third-party calendars to modify and add appointment attendees, send them invitations, and update emails
- Appointment Notes: This section allows you to modify the information in your calendar notes.
