Appointments are a great way to manage customer relationships; they allow you to organize your day, trigger workflows for automated management, and improve your schedule. When you need to handle these things on the go, you might not have access to the desktop version of your CRM. So, let's see how to schedule services directly in your Mobile App.
Scheduling an Appointment
Start by navigating to the Calendars tab indicated by the Calendar icon.

In the calendars section, click the plus sign icon to add an appointment.

Select “Service Appointment” from the options.

Open the Name dropdown menu to select the customer for whom this service appointment will be.

If your services operate across multiple store locations, the next step will prompt you to select the location you'd like to book from.

Click the “+ Add Service” to select the services for the appointment.

Once you've selected the services, you can include variants or add-ons (1), select the provider (2), or enter any coupon codes (3) for your appointment.

Select a date and time for the appointment.

Tap Schedule Booking to finish.

Once your appointment is booked, you can click on it to view its details.

You'll see a full summary with:
- Customer details.
- Service breakdown.
- Duration, pricing, and discount info.

Accessing Existing Service Appointments
To view existing service appointments, click the calendar selector at the top.

In the Calendars section, switch to Services and check the box next to one or more services to filter the calendar.

Once selected, the calendar view updates to only show appointments related to the chosen services.
