Smart Lists in Appointments

Smart Lists are designed to enhance your efficiency by saving your filter and sorting preferences, eliminating the need to reapply them each time you access your appointment data. This functionality allows for quick and easy retrieval of specific information tailored to your needs. In addition to the default options, you have the flexibility to create custom Smart Lists. This feature enables you to create lists based on specific criteria that are relevant to you, such as appointment types, particular users, or the appointment's creation date.

Select the Smart List option from the Appointments section in your account to start. This action will open a modal where you can enter the relevant details needed to create your Smart List.

Name

Assign a descriptive name to your Smart List for clarity and ease of identification.

Advanced Filters 

Refine your list by utilizing options from the Advanced Filters section. 

The available filters include Calendar, User, Status, Date Added, Start Date, Created By, and Is Rescheduled. 

Utilize the “And” operator to add another requirement to the chosen filter, or opt to add another filter entirely.

These filters enable you to customize your Smart List further, so you can efficiently locate and manage the specific appointments that meet your criteria.

Select the “Apply” button to save your configurations.

Sort By

With the Sort By section, you can prioritize your tasks effectively by sorting appointments by the date they were added or by their start date.

Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu and choose the desired order for the contacts to appear by utilizing the Ascending/Descending dropdown. 

Once you have configured your sorting preferences, click the Apply button at the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Columns

Customize the columns displayed in your appointment list and rearrange them according to your preferences within the Columns section.

By default, the Title column is enabled and appears as the first column in the table. You can easily add, or remove columns to tailor the view according to your specific needs to readily access the most relevant information.

Select the “Apply” button to save your configurations.

When you are satisfied with your selections, click the Save as New button to save your customized Smart List.

After saving, the new Smart List will be displayed as a tab alongside the default ones. Each time you click on this tab, it will automatically apply the previously configured filters, presenting you with the relevant appointments based on your chosen settings.

By utilizing Smart Lists in Appointments, you enhance your efficiency, allowing for a more organized approach to managing appointments and ensuring that you stay on top of your schedule.
