Push notifications are a fantastic way to keep your audience engaged, deliver timely updates, and encourage action. With the Smart Push Notification Action, you can create personalized, actionable notifications that truly resonate with your users. 

First, add a trigger to your workflow. This could be something like a user signing up, or completing a payment. Once your trigger is in place, click the “+” icon and search for the “Smart Push Notification” action to add it to your workflow.

📌NOTE: To publish your workflow, you’ll need both a trigger and an action. Without these, you can only save the workflow—it won’t go live.

Title

Here you can write a short, attention-grabbing headline for your notification. This is the first thing users will see, so make it clear and compelling.

Message Body

In the Message Body field, write the text for your notification. Keep it short, engaging, and to the point. Use the tag icon to add Custom Values like {{contact.name}} or {{user.email}}. These automatically pull in personalized details, making your notifications feel more tailored and relevant.

Redirection

Decide where users will go when they click the notification. You can redirect them to Communities or Courses, depending on what you’re promoting.

For example, if you’re announcing a new course, send users directly to the enrollment page.

Once everything is set up, click Save Action to apply your changes.

Then Publish and Save to activate the workflow.
