Understanding your store's performance is crucial for making data-driven decisions and optimizing your business strategy. The Stats Tab in the Stores section provides detailed insights into key metrics, helping you analyze visitor behavior, track conversions, and measure revenue. This guide will walk you through how to access and interpret these stats effectively.

Stats Page Overview

Navigate to the Stores tab in the Sites section. Select the specific store you wish to analyze.

Click on "Stats" to view detailed data for that Store.

Share Funnel

The Funnel URL directs visitors to the first page of your funnel. Customize the domain or path in the Funnel Settings to suit your needs.

Funnel Info

Click the Funnel Info icon for additional details about the funnel URL and its configuration.

Duration Range

Filter the data by adjusting the date range. Click on the date range icon to open the calendar menu and select your desired range.

Reset Duration Date

Use the Reset icon to clear all data. Be cautious, as this action permanently deletes data, including stats generated within the last 30 minutes.

📌NOTE: This can't be undone.

Stats Table

List of Website Pages

View all the pages associated with your store. Click on a page to expand and see its sub-pages, if any.

Page Views

  1. All: The total number of times a page has been viewed by both new and returning visitors. For example, if a returning visitor opens a page 3 times and a new visitor opens it once, the "All" data will show a total of 4 views.
  2. Uniques: The number of new visitors who have viewed the page. Using the same example, the "Uniques" data will show 1.

Opt-Ins

  1. All: The total number of opt-ins captured on the page.
  2. Rate: The conversion rate of opt-ins, displayed as a percentage.

Sales

  1. Orders: The total number of orders placed.
  2. Rate: The sales conversion rate percentage.
  3. Quantity: The number of items sold.
  4. Amount: The total revenue generated.
  5. Average Cart Value: The average value of each customer's cart.

Earnings/Page Views 

  1. All: The total earnings generated per page view for both new and returning visitors.
  2. Uniques: The total earnings generated per page view for new visitors only.

The Stats Tab equips you with valuable insights into your store's performance, helping you identify strengths and areas for improvement. Use this data to optimize user experience and maximize conversions.
