Report Scheduler is a feature that helps Agency Owners schedule email reports for their clients, giving a helpful way to track their performance and statistics, making it a valuable tool for staying informed and empowered. It also tracks the post-report delivery activity, giving your agency insights into customer behavior.
Creating A Report
Start by navigating to the sub-account tabs inside your agency view, and click the Reports option inside your desired sub-account's card.

Click on the Schedule button in the top right corner.

Select or unselect the box atop each metric you want to add, then click Next.

Fill out the information for reporting. The fields are:
- Email Subject: This will be used when emailing your client.
- Frequency: Pick between daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
- Starting On: Select the day on which you want to begin sending the reports.
- Time of day: This will be the set time for the email to be sent out; the time you select will be applied in the sub-account's specified timezone.
- Recipients: Select the sub-account users to whom you'll send the report.
- Text email: Add your email address in this field to send a test email.

Once filled out, click “Schedule,” select whether you want to schedule the same email reports for other sub-accounts, then click “Confirm.”

📌Note: Selecting to schedule a similar report for other sub-accounts will prompt you to select which and open a pop-up showing the names of the chosen locations. Additionally, this email will be scheduled to the configured business email of the sub-accounts.
Managing Existing Reports
To edit an already existing report, navigate to the sub-account tabs inside your agency view, and click the Reports option inside your desired sub-account's card.

To pause the schedule, click the two-line icon at the top right corner.

To make changes to it, click Edit Schedule. This will open the editing module, where, just like during creation, you can select or unselect metrics to include as well as make any changes to the frequency, recipients, and subject of your email notifications.

The Report Scheduler automates sending reports, eliminating the need for manual intervention and saving time for businesses and their sub-account admins. Regularly receiving reports can help keep sub-account admins and users engaged with their accounts, encouraging them to stay proactive and take necessary actions to improve performance, as it consolidates information from various dashboards, providing a comprehensive and easy-to-digest view of account performance.
