Live Chat allows you to enable/disable the managed live chat service if included in your plan.
  • Support OS plans will not have access to the agent side of the live chat.
  • Enabling or disabling the managed live chat service.
  • Sub-account management displays a knowledge base, live chat, or user guides across accounts.
