Tasks are crucial for maintaining organization within your business, ensuring that all essential tasks are consolidated in one central location on your platform. The Tasks section within the Contacts tab offers a comprehensive overview of tasks assigned to various team members and linked to specific contacts, enabling you to efficiently manage responsibilities and enhance productivity. Access the tasks tab to begin.
No Tasks Created
If you see the message "No Tasks Available," it indicates that your task list is currently empty. As you create tasks, they will be displayed here, providing an organized view of your ongoing responsibilities.
Create New Task
You can create new tasks in your platform using several methods. A quick and convenient way is to click the New Task button within this section, which simplifies task creation and helps you stay organized.

Search Bar
The search bar allows you to quickly find specific tasks within your list, making it easier to manage your responsibilities efficiently.
Filters
Using filters allows you to quickly locate tasks based on criteria like contacts, assignees, status, and due dates. This feature enhances task management by helping you focus on priorities.
By Contact
Apply a contact-based filter to view tasks assigned to specific contacts.
By Assignees
Use a user-based filter to display tasks assigned to specific team members or those that remain unassigned.
By Status
Use this filter to view tasks by their current status, such as pending or completed, helping you prioritize work.
By Dates
Sort tasks by creation date or due date using this tab, enabling you to manage deadlines more effectively.
Refresh Data
Click the refresh button to ensure you’re working with the most current data, maintaining accuracy and efficient workflows.
Bulk Actions
To select all tasks at once, use the master checkbox at the top-left of the task table. This feature allows for efficient bulk task management. Selecting multiple tasks enables you to perform bulk actions, saving time and enhancing productivity by managing several tasks simultaneously.
Task Table
The Task Table provides an overview of all created tasks, including details such as task name, description, associated contact, assignee, due date, and status. This consolidated view helps in managing tasks efficiently.
Name & Description
This column displays the task name and description. Clicking on a task will take you to the contacts section for more detailed information.
Contact
This column shows the contact associated with each task, making it easy to manage tasks concerning specific individuals.
Assignee
This column displays the team member assigned to each task, providing a clear overview of task distribution.
Due Date
This column shows the due date for each task, helping you ensure timely completion.
For recurring tasks, the Due Date column displays a cycle icon beside the date, indicating that the task repeats regularly. Hover over this icon to view the task’s recurrence frequency.
Status
The Status column displays the current status of each task. You can mark a task as completed by clicking the checkmark icon, making it easy to track progress.
Task Actions
To manage tasks, click the three dots on the right of any task to access the task actions menu. Here, you can:
- Mark as Complete: Indicate that a task has been finished by selecting this option, which updates its status to completed.
- Edit Task: Modify the details of a task, such as its title, description, due date, or assignee, to reflect any necessary changes.
- Delete Task: Permanently remove a task from the list, eliminating it from your task management system.
