Prerequisites
To use your CRM tools for TikTok comment management, you must first connect your account. To do this, navigate to the Integrations section inside your account settings and click Connect under the TikTok logo.

If you see a ( ! ) icon next to the integration after connecting your account, click Manage Accounts

Toggle the option under Enable Messaging on.

Once properly connected, incoming TikTok messages will appear directly in your Conversations Inbox.
Setting Up Automations
To build an automation to respond to your reel comments, head to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and create a new workflow.

Click Add New Trigger and select the trigger “Customer Replied.”
