Canceling your subscription can significantly affect your account and all associated sub-accounts, leading to a loss of access to critical data and features. It is essential to fully understand the implications before proceeding with cancellation to avoid any disruptions to your operations.

What Happens After Cancellation?

Loss of Access

Once your subscription is canceled, all sub-accounts will immediately lose access to the following:

  • Contacts – All saved contact data will no longer be accessible.
  • Conversations – Past and ongoing conversations will no longer be available.
  • Calendars – Scheduled events and appointments will be inaccessible.
  • Automation – All workflows and automation will stop functioning.
  • Funnels – Funnels and related data will be permanently unavailable.
  • Phone Numbers and A2P Messaging – All A2P registrations and phone numbers associated with the sub-accounts will be retained for a period of 14 days. If the subscription is not reactivated within this timeframe, the system will permanently delete all associated numbers and A2P registrations. Please note that this action is irreversible and that charges for phone services will continue during this 14-day period.

✍️Important Considerations

To prevent data loss, it is highly recommended that you export any essential data before initiating the cancellation process. This includes contacts, conversations, workflows, and other important information stored in your account.

Canceling your subscription is a significant decision that affects access to your data, automation, and telephony services. Be sure to review all potential impacts and back up any essential information beforehand!
