Round Robin Calendar Setup: Each calendar within the system is set up as a round-robin calendar type. This means that tasks or appointments are distributed evenly among team members to ensure equitable workload distribution.

Add Users to High Level: Before assigning team members to specific calendars, they need to be added to the High Level system.

Assign Users to Calendars: Once users are added to the High Level system, they can be assigned to specific calendars. This assignment ensures that each team member is associated with the relevant calendar for their role or area of responsibility.

To add team members to Go High Level and assign them to calendars, follow these steps:

Access Team Settings: Look for the "My Team" option in the Settings menu. Click on it to access the settings related to your team.

Add Team Members: Within the Team Settings, there should be an option to add new team members. Click on it and fill in the required information for each team member you want to add. This includes their name, email address, and other relevant details.

Assign Permissions: After adding team members, you can assign permissions to each member based on their role within the organization. This ensures that they only have access to the features and data that are necessary for their responsibilities.

Access Calendar Settings: Navigate to the calendar settings section. This is under the "Settings" menu.

Assign Calendars to Team Members: Within the calendar settings, you should see options to assign calendars to team members. Select the calendar you want to assign and then choose the team members who should have access to it.

Set Permissions for Calendar Access: Depending on your preferences, you might want to set specific permissions for each team member regarding the calendar.

Save Changes: Once you've assigned calendars to team members and set permissions accordingly, make sure to save your changes.

Assigning team members to calendars ensures that tasks are properly distributed among the team. This helps prevent workload imbalances and ensures that each team member is actively engaged in tasks relevant to their role.
