In certain situations, you may have an existing client or sub-account that has not been configured for SaaS Mode. Activating SaaS Mode offers several advantages, including the ability to manage feature access, enable rebilling, and more.
Transitioning An Existing Subaccount to SaaS Mode
Locate the subaccount you wish to convert inside the Sub-accounts tab in your Agency View and click the three-dot icon at the bottom right corner.

Select "Switch To SaaS."

If the customer does not already exist in Stripe
A modal window will appear. In this window, select the "Share Link" option. Click on 'Copy Link' and then proceed to click on the 'Convert to SaaS' button.

Subsequently, instruct your client to follow the provided link and securely upload their payment card information.
If the customer already exists in Stripe
Within the modal window, choose the "I already have this customer in Stripe" option.

Search for and select the relevant customer from your Stripe account.

Continue with the process, and you will be prompted to choose the appropriate plan from your SaaS Configurator to which you wish to transition that client.
