Chatting through WhatsApp allows you to communicate with your clients in real-time, it has a low response time since you can automate the messaging and a high visibility. Think of WhatsApp as a hybrid between chatting through SMS and Facebook Messenger.

One of the advantages that it has is that you can send Bulk WhatsApp Messages to your contacts inside the system like you would with an SMS message, to do so start by going to the Smartlists tab inside the Contacts section. In there select the contacts you'd like to talk to, you can do so one by one or select everyone at the top.

Once your contacts are selected click the WhatsApp icon to open the message settings.

In the settings, you can select the template you'll be using, give a name to the action for reporting purposes, and then click Confirm to start sending it out.

The system will send your WhatsApp message to groups of contacts at intervals until it covers the entire list. You can monitor the progress of the actions by opening the Bulk Actions tab and clicking on the action name for more information.

📌Note: WhatsApp messaging has a 24-hour window in which the contact had to have interacted with you so you can reach back, otherwise the message will not be sent. Also, ensure you do not breach the message limit set by Meta on your WhatsApp number when triggering Bulk WhatsApp action.
